Blasphemy did this today, and... Well... Its pretty cheap, so I think it should be deemed illegal.

Not really a bug, more of an exploit...

People requesting a trade while they are having a little PK battle prevents the other person from doing anything until they accept or decline, which, in some cases, makes for an easy kill.

yeah, i have seen that done before, its pretty cheap, and some people repeatedly do it over and over so u cant even move, no matter how many times u decline. but i havent seen that happen in a while (probably because i havent tried pking in a long time)

if you're getting spammed why not put decline on? decline prevents this from happening

and if this happens still place a well written grievance on the forums with a screeny of the action and it will be dealt with as stated in other posts

perin, i think the point is ur trying to pk someone and they start being cheap by making the trade window come up to stop u from being able to attack, not that ur walking around minding ur own business and somebody comes up to u and spams trade requests.

i just misunderstood what was going on as ive never seen it myself .... sounds like a pretty low thing to do

one thing that can be tried is to log out and back in again?Huh just a suggestion

but as stated it has been said if this occurs screeny it and report it .....

didnt think it was illeagle...

Seen some ppl do it to me, done it myself, kept it mostly quiet because its a cool strategy... but spamming trades or duels is just wrong, dont do it. I would get pretty angry if somone kept spamming trade requests just for the sake of making me mad...

Maybe they should make it so you can only request to trade or duel once every minute for the same person? Or if you cant trade or duel request if the person has recieved damage in the last 30 seconds... dont know how hard that would be to code...

anyways, as a general rule i dont use that technique because if i cant PK people without using it i dont disserve to PK at all. And i tend to think less of those who do it against me...

Yeah, I use that too, but I never spam it. If it doesn't work the first two times, then it's not going to work ever. Yeah, it may seem pretty cheap, using a flaw in the game to kill someone. What's more cheap is using a flaw in the game to stay alive... maybe there wouldn't be a use for this little trick.

Oh, by the "living" comment I meant those people who are practically immortal by the time they reach level 300 because they use the meditation trick. Which makes it impossible for me (a level 900+) to kill someone less than three times my level.
