Top List update speed?

I think there should be like a countdown timer thing sayin this much time till next refresh of the list...

that or make it easier to calculate how long till the next refresh for the list...

oh and the links at the bottom of the top list pages, where it says "This file was generated by the QMS on 5/16/2006 at 4:42:10 PM

u do realize that if it tells u the time it updated, for example "This file was generated by the QMS on 5/16/2006 at 4:42:10 PM (720 minute time intervals) " that means 720 minutes later (12 hours) it should update again, meaning about 4:42 AM.  I agree with MB, the timer isnt really needed, i mean right now it should update twice a day (in theory, doesnt seem to be exactly 720 minutes between updates) why would u need it to update more than that anyway? why cant u just wait until the next day to check the lists rather than needing a timer to tell u how long until it updates?

so is that 4:42 MY time, or 4:22 YOUR time? there could be 12 hours between us! I know some ppl are in the UK, australia, etc. Even tho we all talk english, it is a global community. Even if there was a time zone or somthin so ppl could calculate when the next update would be...

it would be 4:42 am server time , which i believe is eastern standard time (EST) if im not mistaken.

Yay Jouser came through and added the time zone. Im happy. I can do the math. Its all good. If a mod wants to close this plz go ahead. Just wanted to say Thanks to Jouser and everyone else involved in keeping quest going
