ya but seriously, who has lvl 3 rares anymore? collectors and noobs. Nobody keeps em they arent worth it.

They ARE if you are starting from 0
try to do a race with us again ..
getting from 0 to 100 without outside help
just do with what you find ... it's tough, but fun!
