In most cases healers use spells anyway, lol. But yeah, I think there should be some way to heal other players but I don't think this should be the way.

in most cases healers only use spells to heal, they can still attack for physical damage, its just that they are usually weak, so they dont do much damage and are only good for healing other characters/party members.
if u really wanted to heal other chars, i think it would probably have to be done the same way as if a mage could pk someone else, except they are using a heal spell instead of an attack spell at the time, and not as ur suggested negative strength idea.

its true healers are weak anyway, but without a "party" system, how would the healers gain xp if they cant attack for damage? you never answered that question

i dont know, i think using magic to heal would be more effictive
I do like the idea of negitive stats, tho, especially if you have like 8 points assigned to somthing that you dont want. lets say you get 3 points per lvl, and you can move an additional 2 (as long as they are positive) then theres no need to make new charactors if you wasted some points on useless stuff. i dont know, maybe it would work maybe not.
