she looked at Corvid and to Kain. fluttering up beside Kain.
"here this shud help"
she fluttered up to be face height and licked his nose gently. feeling a little magic leave her. she landed in front of her.
"pure energy" she smiled as best a kitten could.

Kain felt his fatigue begin to deteriorate, "Thanks...I needed that..." He turned head away from the two, "Gastoff? You there? Gastoff!" He was begining to worry.

Kain slowly climbed to his feet, "Wait! I wasn't hiding it! He's just not here..." He turned to Corvid, "That arrow must've sent his spirit into some sort of state of paralysis...amazing, really. The arrow paralized his spirit...the energy of the transformatin must've stopped the barrier from forming."

Kain closed his eyes and his body transformed again. He stood, hovering over the kitten, "Hello, little one..."

kitten squeeked. and cowered,
his power filled her head. this was not someone to mess with. suddenly her body went limp and a light erupted from her. the kitten vanished instead there floated a little girl with a huge axe.
"gastoff" she smiled.

Corvid watched Kitten transform and was taken aback. I knew there was something different abuot her. He looked at the two in front of him wondering who would be the first to move.

Finally, Gastoff just stepped back and leaned against a rock. He wanted to fight this new form, but he knew Kain wouldn't allow it.

she taunted slightly.

Kain's voice rang in his head, but he ignored it, "Gastoff! No! I know what you're thinking!"

Gastoff had already given into his pride, "Hmph..." His hand reached inside the cloak and takes out a short sword, "Dragonia..."
The sword melted and rehardened around Gastoff's claws.
"You'd better stop right there!"
But Kain's words went unheard as Gastoff zipped off high into the air.
