Zormzadar Island

[Kain Aerostrough]

Ok...time to experiment with times... I'm gonna play around with a few posting restrictions to see how things work out... I'd like for people to participate in these experiments as much as possible so I can come up with some results. Thanks in advance!

Name: Zormzadar Island
Time Period: Medieval
Description: The island is covered with trees, all except for the two fortress cities that live there. The Boldar and the Zemonak armies take up two different parts of the island, east and west repectivley. The trees make the warzone difficult for both armies, so the war is at the moment a stalemate.
Restrictions: You get ten posts a day, don't waste 'em

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence Reln, summoner from the far west, arrives on the island via ship. However, his landing was unexpected by the Boldar army, and archers armed with fire-arrows confront the ship before it hits the beach.

Clarence screams the the crew, "Try to keep the fire minimal, use all resources!" Clarence then turns to the archers on shore, "Alright, let's see how far you can go..." He begins chanting, and a large glowing circle appears on the bow. Suddenly, a figure begins slowly emerging from the glowing ring.

The sailors watch in amazement as a masculant man with dual swords stands on the deck, his blades glowing in a radiant white light.

[Tybalt]

Tybalt hide in the shadows a cloak wrapped tight around him.  his arms folded he scowled at anyone who dared look in his direction.
he felt a force nearby, it was familiar but he didn't want to check it out. familiarity had betrayed him in the past not again.
Finally moving he moved and walked down the street his large sword on his back poked out from under his cape. walking around he saw flames and watched.
"magic" he shook his head and leant on the wall. "why must  they ruin the the gaia more. are they that nieve."

[Zare]

Azalea walks along the familar forest, with Flash on her arm.  She hadn't been aware of the war yet, since she stays in the middle of the forest most of the time.  She had sinced something, but didn't like going to close to the edge of the forest.

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence pointed toward the archers on the beach, "Go! Stop them before they sink the ship!" The form slowly approached the front, then stretched a little before putting a foot back. Then, he sprang forward, clearing the remaining ocean and landing on the beach behind the archers. Immediately, he was upon them, swords flashing about. In less than five minutes, all the archers lay on the beach dead, while the form patiently awaits the boat's arrival.

[Delak]

Divroc was near the beach when he saw the glow and decided to investigate. When he arrived, he saw the corpses of the soldiers and the ship nearing the shore.  He noticed the figure on the bow and called out, "Hello there. What brings you to these parts?"

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence smiled, At least this one is friendly... He called from the ship just as it landed, "Greetings, stranger! I am Clarence Reln, summoner from the distant lands! I have been wandering about the globe, searching for those in need of help!"

[Delak]

He studied the man and the soldiers on the boat."So, who are you here to help, if I may ask?" Perhaps one of the armies is planning something, he thought.

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence shrugged, "I do not know yet." He slowly hovered off the bow of the ship to the beach, "I have been drawn to this place by something. Probably a large magical force." The summoned swordsman walks over to Clarence and kneels down. Clarence holds his hands out, and the same circle as before swallows the swordsman.

[Delak]

"Impressive," he remarked, "I've only known a few summoners in my time and they always amaze me. I'm afraid I haven't introduced myself yet. The name's Divroc."

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence nodded and smiled, "It is nice to meet you. Tell me, where am I? And what is the situation within this island?" The sailors aboard the ship were unloading supplies for a camp.

[Delak]

"Well," he said, "You are on Zormzadar Island. The Boldar and the Zemonak armies are in the middle of a war.  Though there is a stalemate due to the forest. There are two fortresses on each side of the island." He pointed them out in the distance. "Each army controls one."

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence scratched his head, "Two armies, huh? That could make things difficult...pinpointing this attraction is going to be annoying..." He looks at the two fortresses, "Which one do you support?"

[Kittyana]

Nekki raised his visor and looked at two men talking he stepped away from the rest of the crowd and walked nearby them. he listened in hidden out of sight. one didnt look as though he was from around here. his accent showed it even more.
what was going on.

[Delak]

"Neither, really. I prefer to stay out of the war. I'm a thief and occasionally I pilfer things from both sides."

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence thought for a moment before speaking, "You're a thief? Then you must know your way around...can you show me the quickest route to the Boldar Fortress?"

[Delak]

"Sure thing," he said and looked towards the forest. "The path goes through the forest and is somewhat dangerous.  Round up whatever troops you're bringing and follow me."

[Kittyana]

'Boldar fortress? why that awful place.' he looked at the men again. ' and a thief... hmm something much bigger was going on and he was determined to find out what.'
he made sure he was hidden and decided to follow them.

[Kain Aerostrough]

Clarence nodded, "I will be enough. The others must set up camp. If any trouble comes our way, I can deal with it swiftly." He looked into the forest, "Lead the way..."

[Delak]

"Ok then, let's go." He started walking into the forest and made sure Clarence was following. "So, what makes you think you're gonna fnd what you're looking for in Boldar fortress?"
