Ok, thought I'd have another world come alone.  This time it is limited.  Only one post a day from each person(that way other people wont get so far behind, they don't want to enter).  Oh, and no super magic, or weapons(Dhite, thats mostly for your weeapons, and for my habit of over powerful magic, lol).
Name: Tergon
Time:  Midevil times(big suprise, lol) and there is magic(another big suprise).  It is during a war between two countries(Baldak and Serlon).  Tergon is a huge town, right on the border of these countries(you can either join the war, or what ever, I dont care).

Oigen Korg examines his broken bowstring, "What the heck? How did I snap this thing?" Oigen is a soldier for the Baldak army, their top archer. He found himself a new bowstring before sitting contently on a crate, "Time to restring this baby..."

Latilsa twirled around her ribbon flowing graceful as gold dropped into the hat on the floor. she winked at a  passer by suddenly there was a cry from the crowd told her guards were coming.
grabbing her hat she shot down a side alley before anyone saw. breathing heavily she disappered into a building.
in a few moments she was across town and safe.
she knocked on a door and went in. she put her hat full of gold on the table and sat down rubbing her arm.
"had a close call today... I'm not going out there again."

a voice replyed. "well with the look of your haul you probably wont need to."

Mertal had been hired by a Serlon Knight.  He never cared who he worked for, as long as he got paid.  He sat in the building with the knight, and the king of Serlon.  "So, you will fight for us?"
Mertal smiled, "I fight for who ever produces the gold.  At this time, it would be this knight I fight for."

Oigen smiled as he watched a mage take to the front lines, "Time to go to work..." He sat on the second floor of a civilian house, the civilians hiding in the corner. Taking an arrow to his bow, he pulled the string taut and aimed carefully, "Hmm...already injured?" He lets the arrow loose and it flies at the mage's leg, where another arrow wound was.

Latilsa stood up and grabbed her cloack. swinging her cloak around her shoulders and looked at the man.
"if i made so much..." she grabbed a coin and headed out the door.
ignoring his complaints.
she walked down the streets and headed to the market. looking at the stalls she examined several necklaces and gems.
"good morning Latilsa" a market holder smiled at her. "how are you today?"

Latilsa smiled. "I'm great. and i finally got the money for it..."

the market holder looked at her. "17 gold pieces?"

Latilsa nooded and grinned. she held out her hand which contained 17 gold pieces. The market holder smiled and took the money and ducked behind her stall and pulled out a long blue ribbon.
Latilsa squeeled happily.
"oh my gosh its more beautiful than i remeber."
the market holder ran a finger down the side gently and fresh blood appeared.
Latilsa smiled and took it. "oh thank you." she tucked the ribbon away and ran off to try it out.

Mertal's first job was to look around town, and try to find the enemy.  It took a while, before he got to the western part of town, where the Baldaks were.  He walked out in the open, with his spear in hand.  He made note of each house he thought was suspicous, but he finally got to one inpaticular.

Corvid walked into the Tergon inn and sat down at the bar. "Got anything new for me?" he asked the bartender.

"Not much, but there's a few new faces around here, so you better watch yourself," he replied.

"Thanks, I'll keep an eye out." He wan't really the type to hang out in bars all day, but he new the bartender and could count on him for information.  He walked out and stepped into the street. Time to see what's new around town.

Teiro a blade-for-hire glances around the streets of the town as he looks for a bar. Being recently hired by the Baldaks himself he wondered how long this war would last. As peaceful as he seemed, he still had the eyes of a warrior... one who has seen death, or rather... caused death.
"Oi... Wish they'd just let me go at it with em'. No way em' Serlons would expect me... Being born in Serlon anyway."

Mertal entered the house.  Something didn't seem right in this place.  He looked around the building, and found no one he could see.  "Hmmm, I know this is where they should be, but where are they?"  Just then someone jumped out of a room, "Who are you?"  Mertal just smiled, and waited.

Oigen watched the building instantly catch fire, smiling with amusement, "Hmm...he doesn't realize how dumb that move just was." Taking out a flask on his belt, he carefully drips the contents to the edge of an arrow. He then takes the arrow and shoves the tip in a nearby flame, "There we go..." The arrow instantly ignites, and Oigen smiles. He leans back out of the window and searches for a target.

He notices a large group of archers hiding behind a row of wooden tables on their side, and fits the flaming arrow onto his bow. Drawing it back slowly, carefully, Oigen takes aim, "There... I'll torch their little shield..." He lets loose the shaft, and the flaming arrow ignites the tables, causing chaos behind enemy lines, "Perfect..."

Latilsa ran happily through the streets. she noticed smoke rising from a house.
outside there was loads of people.
she lent against the wall in the shadows and watched thier actions.
she was curious about what was going on.
there was often problems in this area of town but a fire... they were usually ignored...
what was so special about this one.

Corvid noticed the smoke and started down the street to find the house set ablaze. I wonder what caused that. You don't normally see things like this around here. There were a few in the crowd trying to put it out, though their attempts were futile at best.

Latilsa ran over trying to help put it out before it spread.
she knew many people in this district and she couldnt bare it if thier houses were burnt also.
after a while it was obvious this was getting no where... Latilsa looked around her and ducked into a alley nearby. she didnt want people to see.
She pulled out a purple stone and clamped tight. focusing with her mind she felt water gush through her soul.
suddenly there was a commotion from the nearby well... the water inside it rose higher and higher till it reached the to but instead of overflowing it spiraled up over the houses to the burning one. there it wove itself into a large orb.
feeling her power vanish the bubble exploded all over the house extinguishing the fire. Latilsa fell to her knees breathing heavily. she was close to passing out but somehow kept her head.

The guy swung a sword at Mertal, but Mertal dodged it easily.  He used his spear to jump in the air, and he came down on top of the guy.  He knocked the sword away, and said, "Now, if you don't want to die yet, then tell me where they are.  I don't give second chances."  The guy squirmed and answered, "Where who is?"  Mertal raised his spear, and made it come down on the guy.  He then left the house.

Oigen leaned out the window. Below, he could see the civilians who owned the house run away. He nodded in approval, then went to another window. There was a laundry line fastened tightly between this house and a house on the enemy lines. Looking through the window at the other side, Oigen picked off two enemy soldiers loafing about. Then, he opened a sack tied to his back, taking out a cloth. He threw the cloth over the laundry line, then slid down to the other window. He landed inside with a thump, then hid and waited to see if any enemies would come out.

Nightingale sat in the tavern, at the bar, drinking ale as if wouldn't be there to drink tomorrow. His lute always at his side, the bard waited anxiously for more customers to arrive. He didn't care for the war. He wanted to give these people a show they wouldn't forget. At last, he heard some shuffling, and the door to the tavern opened up behind him...
