Recently, I have stumbled across a firm problem. People come complaining to me because their plans in Sinchar have been ruined due to a flurry of posts. Therefore, I would like to address the lack of communication. Since I've created Sinchar, I know a lot of you will expect me to handle this problem. Therefore, I will. If you've read 'plans, plans, plans', then you know that if you have ANY plans for Sinchar, then you can contact me at the e-mail address listed in my profile, via MSN Messanger. If you haven't, then you just learned. Talk to me about your ideas and I will strive to make them happen. Also, do not e-mail me in that address. I do not check the thing, contact me via MSN Messanger. If you do not have MSN Messanger or any other IM that could communicate with it, then you can contact me at kainaerostrough@yahoo.com. That is the one I check for mail, and if you send me something through that, try to be descriptive, please. The reason I'm doing all this is to make everyone's RPing enjoyable. I am looking forward to all the storylines that develop within Sinchar. |

flurry of posts? u made over 200 posts since i looked at your post count YESTERDAY (as in thursday) and thats just you, dhite.? almost all the rp threads that told me there were new posts have gained like 4 pages each.
So yes, i can see how mutiple pages of posts happening in like 2 days time would mess up people's plans for participating in the threads.
This may come across as being mad, but I'm not, I'm just saying I can understand what those people mean when u posted so many times so quickly.
I just checked from when I posted about dhite and kitty passing me soon. At that point (only 26 hours ago) kitty and dhite were both 60 posts behind me, and are now 150 ahead of me each. to post over 200 times each in a days time (mostly spam from what i see on the "plans, plans, plans" page, which gained like 13 pages since my "you'll pass me soon post " ) that is a bit much.
Overall , I'm just saying I understand what people mean when u advance the story so far ahead so quickly that other people who can't be on as much or as often get on, see how far the story advance, and then feel they can't go back and do what they wanted to do since u probably made something happen that prevents them from doing so, or they feel it would sound stupid to do it after everything you did.
RPing is fun and all, but maybe you could slow down a little so these people you say are complaining have a chance to join the story without feeling they are interrupting something.

Errr...hoya. Point of this thread. BTW, 200 posts a day isn't exactly normal for us. If it were, we'd have like 2000-3000 total posts by now. The only reason we WERE posting was mostly out of boredom and we posted with all four of the main people participating. I don't see a problem with that. Last I checked, there was only four of us in Sinchar, except for Aeric who seems to have quit.
Secondly, the spam in the 'plans, plans, plans' thread wasn't exactly normal either. We basically posted there when something else wasn't open.
At any rate, the entire point of this thread was to make it so that people could join in and we could acknowledge them. I find it hard to acknowledge someone when their opening statement is, "Hroth comes running out of the forest at kit yelling Its Coming!" Or something like that. That isnt' a direct quote.
All I'm saying here is that if you have any specific plans, you could get in contact with me and I could slow things down until you can carry them out. It's really that simple.

kitty, if u kept reading the whole post, you would have seen i later said u and dhite posted like 200 times each (although like 100+ each were later deleted)
