"Waterfalls..... we had a nice big one about a mile from my villiage." His thoughts wandered towards Llirrem once more.

A big splashed could be heard overboard.  Zare had jumped off the ship, "Hey, can you try not to go too fast.  I'd like to swim a little."  Zare stayed close to the boat, so as not to lose it.

Dhite smiled, "Hey, you remember that time when some kids decided to come wreck my garden?"

Sophitana nodded, "Yeah, they wanted to scare you out of the village. Of course, I wasn't hesitant to tell the elder..."

Dhite frowned, "...who didn't even care. He didn't even lift a finger. I had to fight each and every one of those boys..."

Then there was a splash, and Dhite heard Zare calling. He laughed and yelled up to Choccy in a joking tune, "Speed up a little, I'd like to get there faster!"

He heard the splash and noticed Zare, "Looks like he's having fun. I hope I do too, I'm just not sure what kind of welcome I'd get."

Dhite and Sophitana watched the swimming in silence. Finally, Dhite spoke in a reasuring tune, "You never did anything wrong to me...and I'm glad. You were always there to stand by my side, never straying from that path, regardless the consequences. And that is why I give you my deepest gratitude..."

Sophitana interrupted, "And I won't stop standing by your side, either. I know you like to think you can take care of yourself, but I also know you need support of several types.""

He leant on the railing and looked out at the water, Home.... if i go back, how will they react to my appearance? Will they even know it's me? I guess I'll find out if I ever go back. And what of this sword, what secret does it hold?

Dhite placed his hand on Sophitana's shoulder as she began to swagger, "Hey...you really are exhausted. C'mon, let's get you back to bed..."

Dhite and Sophitana walked slowly down below decks, Sopitana leaning on Dhite's shoulder for support. After she was quietly tucked away, Dhite returned to the deck, lost in thoughts.

Zare swam close to where Choccy was.  He felt a lot better now, than he had in a long time.  Finally, he was over the past.

He peered over the edge at the two swimming, "Hey down there, how's the water?"

Dhite watched the two swim in the waters below. To be realistic, he wasn't actually watching, it was more like his eyes absently followed them. In reality, he was lost in so many confusing thoughts.

Dhite felt something slide off of his back and hit the deck. It was a loud thump, and it startled him. Turning around, he found the Ancient Claymore still wrapped up in bedsheets. He unwrapped it to find it was glowing again, and so was the Enkidu, "What is going on here...oh yeah!" He turned to Delak, "You've still got that book, don't you?"

Zare had completely forgotten that he had taken his shirt off in the room.  As he swims along, he starts to rub his back where his scars are.
