Name: Zalnag Ocean
Time Period: See Sinchar, Black City
Location: The ocean on the east of the western continent. It's just to the east of Sinchar.
Description: On most days, it is clear skies and warm weather. However, every once in a while it storms, although not often. When it does storm, the ocean is riled into an aquatic fury that can take down the most skilled sailors.
There are, however, many pirates that prefer this part of the sea due to little interferance.
BTW, I've heard some interesting things about people being annoyed by my set up of linking threads... well, take a count of how many posts Sinchar has total...over 1000. Imagine if we had all those jammed up into one thread, not to mention with all of the areas...it'd be pretty confusing.

she looked up at the night sky finding her place. and smiled at the horizon.

Dhite drifted in and out of sleep down below decks. The roll of the ocean was making him sick. Staggering out of bed, he proceeded up to the deck where he stood by the rail and watched the ocean. Such a magnificent thing...he was snapped back to reality by a humming nearby.

Delak came from below deck and found Choccy at the wheel. He couldn't sleep. He looked up at the sky, "Beatutiful sight, isn't it. You can't see stars like this in the city."

Zare had gone to an empty room. Tears streamed down his face again.

He layed down in a bed and drifted off to sleep.

Sophitana stood a few feet away, humming a lyrical tune. Dhite slowly walked over, "What are you doing up?"
Sophitana giggled, "The same reason you are, I couldn't sleep and the night sky enticed me..."
Dhite stared back at the ocean, "I can't believe I've dragged you into this mess...I'm sorry."
Sophitana fiddled around with her fingers, "It's alright. I'd rather be here than sitting around at home worrying about how you are..."

Dhite looked directly down the side of the ship, "I don't know how long we'll be traveling, or how much hardship we'll face...I didn't want you to be caught up in that..."
Sophitana placed a hand on Dhite's shoulder, "Don't worry about it. You know me, I'll pull through. Besides, I'm glad I can just sit here and chat with you for once..."

"Sounds nice." He stood there for a while listening to the water lap against the side of the boat and admiring the view of the ocean and night sky. "It's been a long time since I've been on the ocean, and I wasn't there for long. But it never ceases to amaze me."

A long silence followed afterward, and finally Sophitana broke the silence, "It's been too quiet in the village without you..."
Dhite laughed, "Yes, I was quite the troublemaker wasn't I? Or at least, they thought I was. All I wanted to do was for them to leave me alone..."
Sophitana broke in, "And that's why I helped you. I knew you were sad, and I knew it wasn't your fault..."
Dhite remained quiet.
"...and I was sad when you left...really sad. I felt like I had failed to keep you content..." Sophitana continued.

More silence remained until Dhite spoke up, "You shouldn't worry all about me...I'm more worried about you...you always were trying to help me, even at the cost of your own pain. It just didn't feel right..."
Sophitana gave Dhite a quizical look, "And is that why you're helping me now?"
Dhite shook his head furiously, "I wanna help you now because you're my friend, and my best one at that. Nobody knows me better than you."
Sophitana giggled, "That's right!"
