nodding to the stable boy she chose 4 of the best horses including her own black mare called starshadow.
riding back to the others she smiled.

Dhite immediately chose a horse and climbed on. He was quite adept with horses, and he immediately began testing him out. Swirving around some trees outside the gates, he does all sorts of twists and turns before stopping back at the gate, "Good enough for me."

Zare had never been on a horse. He got on the last on, and waited. He already hated being on it, and had a strange feeling he was going to fall off, but stayed on anyways.

Choccy climbed on her horse and stroked his neck.
"it's been a while boy" she smiled. "how about we show em what a horse can do"
she grinned and Starshadow neighed a little.
cantering off she sped ahead of Dhite. Choccy waved as she passed.

Dhite decided to get his horse moving. With a light kick, the horse galloped after Choccy's horse. At first, it wasn't fast enough, but Dhite used a little elven magic and the horse sped past Choccy. He waved as he passed, "Ha ha! Have fun!"

Zare was struggling behind. He hated riding this thing, but it proved faster than being on foot. He managed to keep close to Delak, and not fall off.
