I just wanted to say that after seeing Jouser post on the forums yet nothing regarding the server still being down I am quite disappointed.

When you make it clear to us that you are able to check the forums yet give so sign of whether the server will ever even be up again, its disheartening.

Its like you don't even care that people are checking every day or in my case, multiple times a day.

I started playing again after 3 years 2 days before it went down and now I've officially spent more time trying to get back on than actually playing.

Throw the server host coming and posting about something but giving no update....recipe for losing faith quickly.

Dude, chill... I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation as to why Jouser hasn't posted an update. I mean, try to sympathize, there must have been a problem with the equipment or something. They were hit by a storm and things get awful real quick. We got hit by a bad storm once and it took around two weeks to get things up and running again.

I, too haven't been on Quest for three years, and I'm planning a comeback. Sadly, our rants won't do much good. It'll just spread all these negative vibes around. So if I were you, I'd wait patiently and hope that Quest isn't gone for good.

I understand all of this. The point remains, Jouser came on the forum to post about forum registration but couldn't take the 2 minutes to say anything about the server.

It was me. I was the storm that killed the server and replaced Jouser with a doppelgänger. I'm sorry.

I don't think you understand how busy people with lives are.... Jouser can post easily from work but getting a server back up that maybe 2 people are on a day seems to me would be lower on the important things to do in a day list....but thats just my opinion....

Are you happy now? Jack is dead. Not just dead, but literally dead. That means it's for real and serious.

Yo! Jouser! We understand... freedr passed by, messed things up, and then replaced you with a doppelganger. It's all good! It was just an honest mistake. You should plant more peashooters now to avoid another thing like this happening again. Wink hahaha

That explains a lot - including why our gold falls on the floor.  Tongue
