Can't stay connected

For the last week or so, I have not been able to keep connected in the evening.
Our connection slows way down in the evening, The Hughes Satellite folks have
oversold and evenings are particularly difficult but other games just slow down,
I don't get dropped. Quest drops me after 2 or 3 minutes.

I think I have the timeout set very high (like 1 minute).  If the server doesn't get a ping/pong from your computer with 1 minute then it will disconnect you.  I can't believe you're lagging for that long...?

Let me enable ICMP on the quest router and then you can run a ping for me.  I'm curious to see the response time...

Ping has been enabled on the Quest router.  Can you please ping or trace route the server "depression.homeip.net" and provide me the results?

I  sent that on, quite a pole of jumps, tonight I had no problems as long as I
moved along slowly. Many Thanks got to 500 on K_O great Fun.
