None of my hotkeys are working, anyone else having this problem?

No, I think we would have more reports if others were experiencing this problem. Did it just start? Can you paste a copy of your config.ini file?

I've been playing for a while now, all the sudden they stopped working

Did they start working again yet? If not try renaming your "config.ini" to "config2.ini" and let it recreate a new config. Maybe something became corrupt....
