You can only change decline status in town and you drop 5% of gold on pk death... also while in decline you can loot your own corpse

Ok can you check now?  I made some updates.  Does it still take 30 seconds to enable?

also its only 5% if your pked all gold if you die from a mob >_>

it says if your killed by a monster you only drop 5% of your gold but you drop it all

if your Pked you drop only 5% of your gold

Also, you dont kill someone by right clicking on them anymore
