[Zare]

Zare went through a door that opened suddenly, and found himself back with Aeric, "What in the world happened here?"  Zare quickly ran over to Aeric and healed him.

[Kittyana]

"i hope so..." Kitten floated over and landed on his shoulder again.

[Kain Aerostrough]

Kain feels something different again, "Better hide..." He draws the Ogun and looks through the fire and dragons, searching for whatever it was.

[Aeric]

I must calm myself! It must have been a confusion of slices that had mistook me for a mark...something  must've happened in the midst of battle...in the midst of battle that I saw not!

The last section of his thought had spilled through his mouth as well, and sent the inpenetrable walls crumbling down around him. Before he knew it, he was standing among rubble, and without anyone near him. Where had they gone? It did not matter now, Kyden decided...He had no idea where he was anymore. It was inevitably the same room, though decimated beyond belief. The strangest thing was, he knew he had not the power to cause such destruction. What had happened?

[Aeric]

Kyden, after standing in bewilderment for a few moments, looked straight in front of him, and saw the blue-haired man. He now realized that the man looked much like himself, and began to become both agitated and frightened. His hands shook upon his head as in the rest of his body, and in the flash of a moment, the man was gone.

Kyden screamed as the man was vanishing, and when he looked back, as he had hoped, he was indefinately gone. Why did the man looked as confounded as he?

[Kain Aerostrough]

Kain's eyes move quickly as he scans the scene. Suddenly, he turns about and looks toward the Dragon Palace, "It's in there..."

[Kittyana]

"what is it"

Kitten flew back into Dhites pocket and curled up to hide.

Hoya listened to the centaurs and learned that the centaur he helped was injured trying to retrieve a sacred relic that had been stolen by an enemy while he was deep in the forest.  He was told how the enemy lived in a well protected small mountain cave in the middle of the forest.  Although there was a path up to the entrance, by the time they reach the entrance on foot they are forced to retreat because the enemy has been attacking them the whole time.
 "I think I can help you.  Wouldn't it help if I attacked form above while you attack from below, and whichever one of us gets inside can find the relic while the others continue to fight the enemy?" hoya said to the centaurs.

"We couldn't ask an outsider to help us do something so dangerous" the centaur chief replied.
"It's no problem, I'd be glad to help." Hoya said.

The centaurs then agreed to attack with hoya, explained what the relic looked like, and a group of centaurs headed off with hoya to retrieve the sacred relic.

[Kain Aerostrough]

Kain wasn't paying attention to kitten. He knew something was hiding in the palace, but he couldn't place his finger on exactly what. He awaited it's arrival.

[Kittyana]

kitten poked a  head out plucking up couraging.
pricking up her ears she listened around to pick up any sound. nothing reached her ears but something was there she knew it.
terrified she continued to hide but was aware of everything around.

[Kain Aerostrough]

In a blinding surge, Kain is flung backwards. The Ogun slips from his hands and flies in an opposite direction. After a hard thud, he quickly regains his feet, "What is that thing?"

Before Kain stood a grotesque creature. It was solid, yet slimy in appearance. It had arms and claws in several different places of it's maleformed body. A definate head was sprung up at the top of the giant creature, with bared fangs.

[Kittyana]

kitten is flung from kains  pocket and hit a wall. sliding to the floor she shook herself and looked at the creature and to kain. she noticed how far his sword was from him.
she felt her legs suddenly turn to jelly. what was that creature. looking at the sword she knew she had to do something.
pushing aside her fear she dashed towards the sword snd grabbed the handle in her mouth and half threw it to Kain not getting very far due to the size difference.

[Kain Aerostrough]

Kain watched Kitten's efforts and half-smiled, "You'd better hide before he stops paying attention to me!" As soon as he was finished, a gigantic arm came crashing down. He lept to the side, but was thrown by the force of the impact with the ground. He ended up farther from the Ogun than when he started.

[Kittyana]

Kitten was determined. she had the ogun in her mouth flapping her wings fiercly she lifted into the air.
sudden the monster turned on her. she stood there in mid air with the ogun in her mouth staring at this huge creature. it raised its arm aiming for her. with a squeek the ogun fell to the ground with a clatter and in a instant there was a flash and a small girl floated there axe raised the monsters arm collided with the blade of the axe.
the arm fell to the floor with a loud thump kitten was splattered with blood but looked up at the monster with a very angry face.

[Kain Aerostrough]

Kain decided this was his chance. Dodging flailing limbs from the injured monster, he ran towards the Ogun. He caught it before it hit the ground, and instantly turned to run around the monster. As soon as he reached its back, he leaped up, climbing flailing limbs and small ledges of flesh. Before long, he was on a straight dash toward its head.

[Kittyana]

Kitten looked at her clothes and scowled.
"thats going to stain!" she yelled raising the axe she went up with Kain to its head and got ready to swing the axe.

[Aeric]

(heh, I love you guys, I swear it...)

Kyden had a sudden thought. He remembered that he was forgetting his purpose in this place. He had forgotten something for the first time that he could remember. And it was not something that should have been forgotten.

Kitten! Oh, no...Where has everyone gone, now. I'm not supposed to be the one who's confused!

Trying to calm himself, but shaking relentlessly, Kyden thought for a moment of Kitten, pictured her as best he could. And he fell through distortion once more. He found himself in the air, suspended before her. Kitten was there! But she didn't look friendly at this moment, for she held tight to an axe, one which apparently was heading straight for Kyden. And in the moment he managed to see someone he somehow managed to know as Kain, also heading straight for him, furiosity in his eyes...

Finally reaching the cave after a long (longer than expected) journey, hoya and the centaurs went over their plan one last time, and then headed off to attack.

First hoya flew into the air and headed toward the cave to get the enemy creatures' attention as sort of a diversion.  The creatures saw him and tried to attack him, but hoya stayed just out of range of their weapons.  While they were distracted trying to attack him wiith their spears and rocks, the centaurs then started running towards the cave from their hiding space.

Once the creatures noticed the centaurs however, the centaurs were almost to the cave entrance and then the enemy humanoid creatures stopped attacking Hoya to attack what they thought was the bigger threat.

Hoya saw this as an oppurtunity and flew into the cave to start looking for the sacred relic.
