Zare wanders around in search of anyone that could tell him where he is.  "Geeze, does anyone live near here?  Hope someone does, or at least visits this place."

Fire is fun to play with, as long as its not used on yourself.
When the world turns on you, and there is no one to help, what do you do?

Nel wanders farther and farther into the land.  "Hm, wander if anyone is around here?  So far, I haven't seen anyone."  She continues to walk, and finds a river.  "Well, looks clean, guess its okay to take a drink."

Kitten looks at Kyden.
something... something she didn't like in him... it scared her...
but he was he only person she'd seen... she'd have to be careful.
"I'm fine... just a bit shaken up. who are you? where are we?"

Ruqiera opened her eyes and blinked. She was in a strange place, this looked like nowhere she'd been before. How did she get here? What kind of black magic could transport someone to what looked like an entirely new world? She shook her head to clear it, wondering would get her nowhere. Putting such thoughts aside she looked around calmly and decided the best path to take would be to follow the river in the distance and hope it led her to a town or village.

Leahali glanced around nervously at her surroundings. This, this place, filled with light and color, was not at all what she was used to or what she preferred. As her mind began to focus a bit, she tried to think back. Quite surely this is no place she would have come intentionally! Her mind began to piece together a string of events. She stopped at the Inn. She took time to feast a bit and have a bit of ale, before retiring. 'Oh, by the gods, it was the ale! Humans could never get anything right!' she exclaimed to the no one that was around. 'Well, nothing to do now, but wait for this to pass' she said and folded her dark, slender frame under a nearby overhang, staying as far from this unnatural light as she could.

Kyden continued to flinch nervously. More. Were there even supposed to be this many? he thought.

"We are somewhere safe," Kyden said firmly. "By the looks of it I'd say we're in the Forgotten Forest, if I'm not again mistaken. I'm sure you have many questions, but I have limited answers. All I can do is serve as a sort of guide if you're willing to let me. Make haste in your decision, but make sure it's the right one. There are others that have questions as well. You must remember this."

Kyden looked relieved at having said this.

"There are," Kyden said, smiling.

Meanwhile the birds flew, overlooking a set of cstrangers that were closer than they could have ever guessed, linked by the world they had so often ignorantly visited before.

The wood taunted Kyden again, reminding him,
The first shall come with a dream...

"You were dreaming, were you not? Allow me to answer your question by posing another. Of what were you dreaming?"

"my dreaming..." kitten was a little taken aback with this question.
"um... it was a palace... a huge glowing one in the sky... it felt familiar and i was flying around it. there were other angels around. angels of all style. beautiful one's with huge wings... i felt liek i'd been there before. then i was falling... falling from there and i woke up in the river."

kitten sadly thought about this dream. to her it feltliek a memory... th only memory she had.

.....and she shall not know of her dreams.

"I see. Well, I'm sorry for rushing you, because I know this must be very difficult. Make your choice. This way, if you please."

Kyden turned and walked a few timely strides. He paused, interrupting the fluidity of his motion, and turned his face toward Kitten.

"Your name?"

Though Kyden knew that this was to be her response, he is still taken aback.

"Fair enough," he said plainly. "Please, this way. And I am called Kyden.

Kyden waits for Kitten to make her move.

Kyden smiles. "Right. This way."

And with that, Kyden walks around the overhanging rock, and toward a thicker section of the wood. The wind suddenly blows in one calm flowing burst, seeming like more of a whisper than a gust of wind. Kyden continues to smile to himself at the feeling of the breeze, but is deeply concerted on the many flaws in what has happened. He was told that Time is flawless in its knowledge. Has he really changed so much?

Kain Aerostrough, dressed in a pitch black cloak and assorted faded black articles, suddenly realizes where he is. "What the...when did I get here? Wait..." He looked about him. Something didn't feel quite right. This place...it was different. He realized he was not in his own world anymore. Kain took stock of his surroundings. Trees...they were everywhere. Kain pulls out his sword, The Ogun. He examines to make sure everything is in order. The large, obsidian blade seemed to be alright, and that is all that mattered to Kain. Carefully, he slips out of the clearing and continues through this strange world.

Kyden walks along, only in hope that Kitten will remain following. As he turns around a rather hulky trunk, he suddenly slows his pace. After a few moments he halts.

"Hold, Kitten," he says.

Kain comes around another bend, sensing people were near, "Hmmm...are they hostile? I cannot tell..." Kain, preparing for anything, silently clambers up a nearby tree. At the top, he watches diligently below, waiting for the strangers to pass under.

Kyden moves cautiously forward a few careful steps, and then says seemingly to no one and in no direction, "Hold your weapons. There will be no need."

After a few silent moments, Kyden slits his eyes and the twinkle in them twitches...
The terrain issues a single tremble. Nearby there is a cacophonous 'crack' and then a thump. Something fell near them.
