Hello, I just tried making a toon for this game and it said email sent with password.  It's been a couple hours now and still nothing.  Maybe it's because the server is down?  I tried playing this game a few years back and the same thing happened then lol.  Oh well maybe in another few haha.

No its not because the server is down. You need to request the password using this.
