That's the chat box. You can keep it set to PM one person instead of continuously clicking their name.
But I have mine off, it still comes up though when I log in if I forget to uninstall/install before trying to log on.

I had this happen to me tonight when i first logged on. I had to manually right click on quest and tell it to run as admin. I have the prg checked with "always run as admin" but did what I first mentioned above and I got right in. Good luck.

I have a vista laptop and I never had the same problem as they do logging in. I tried logging in a few minutes ago, i ran it as admin and i would get in then it would say there was no internet connection and kick me. I did it about two more times and the second time I got in few a minute or two without getting kicked until I tried to move, then it kicked me. I tried running it normally, not as admin, and still the same problem. So I'm having the same problem as Helios. When I first ran it on my laptop without it running as admin I got the "339 runtime error" and after running it as admin it worked fine, but now it just says there no internet connection.

This happens to me when I try to log in.  This was on october 3rd...and it happened 3 times.  None of those times was i able to do anything, it died right away.  I thoiught I'd come back on to let my fellow clan members know im still alive.
