He still seems to be broken for everyone but me. No matter which options you choose it will not get into a fight

Yeah i walked all the way to minerva and no matter what i chose as far as dialogue I couldnt get the fight to start. He is broken just like the velgrad ncp used to be...Fix pwettty pwease?Huh

Maybe he's just in a good mood lately and doesn't want to fight?
You know bosses aren't always pissed, and maybe he just doesn't like fing
and is the only one he will fight.   >.>

He is definitely fixed but it didn't register as me killing him on the top 50. No biggie for me though.
