u do realize that a game cant continue or grow without noobs right? i mean everyone has to start somewhere, and if there were never any noobs, once the current group of people playing stopped playing, that means the game would end since no new people are coming in to replace them lol.

It's a clever use of irony. He means that he doesn't want noobs to use caps and be loud in general, which is a stark contradiction to what he is and what he's doing.
What you should be reading in the title is "noobs aloud." As for the rest of the post, stick with the original irony and work your way through it.
