There should be a offline version of quest so when the server goes down we can till play.

Umm no, If you cant wait for the server to come back then go play Runescape or some other lamer game

Well really, only reason to have an offline version would be to "make quest however you wanted it"... yet no one but those you know would understand your "accomplishments". Why play an offline version when an online ones already up?
