So explain, what was the problem with it? The power was off, or was it pluged into the wrong side?

rayn considering the side that says "battery backup +surge protection" only had one thing plugged into it, i thought the problem was obviously that he had it plugged into the wrong side (no battery backup) , so im not sure why u asked the question.  But then again u are rayn, so i guess it makes sense u had to ask lol.
