In many cases in Quest, Def can be the most important stat, due to the fact that it holds both Hp and Dodge. I recommend we move Dodge to its own stat. I did some calculations (I know, surprising) and tested % VS % in Quest. It turns out that…well, let’s put it like this. A simple coin. Toss the coin and there’s a 50% chance you get heads or tails. Now, let’s add a coin, 1 coin for every 2 def a player has and 1 for every 4 def the enemy has. Now you see what I’m getting at? If Hp and Dodge where in 2 different stats, then the game would be a whole lot easier. Thank you for reading.

Well, first off... No I don't get what your saying... You just said theres 50% for that coin to land on heads or tails.... and then add a coin... which does nothing with the chance... all it does is have more outcomes for those coins IE: H, T.... H, H, T/H, T, T.... you see what "I'M getting at?"

Secondly, why would anyone want Quest easier? So you can level faster? Well whats the point? Quest already has no end (reallly), so your point would be you can get "better" than anyone else... yet everyone else it will be 'easier' for... and then truely you can only get better than those which you play more than.... and which only proves to everyone, as well as, yourself, that you have less of a life than them.

In short: I just don't really get what your saying here?

It’s more of an Opened Idea to discuss among each other. The coin Idea shows that for each coin you have, there’s more out comes, that’s all. Once Again, This is an Idea free for discussion. Feel Free to post your comments and Ideas on Hp Vs Dodge.

To your idea, no. Do you know what def does? If you remove dodge from def then def does absolutely nothing more then give you hp. HP was added to def to balance out def with foc.

right, and right.

However, making HP a stat you can add to is definitely an option... It does add an extra element of character building to the equation. HP was orignally cut off as a stat you can add too because it simplified the core balance concepts (by taking out the need for balancing DEF vs HP). It would make a cool addition to find the balance between one point in DEF vs one point in HP..
