Not to mention, he probably used real money when he paid for his cards. Your "specimens" are phail. Not defending people who spend inordinate amounts of money on cards, but who is to say what's worthwhile in someone else's life? He obviously realizes how expensive his Magic hobby is based on the title of this thread.

2 casting cost? my 2/2 grizzly bears don't stand a chance...

how does it usually get played? How do you cycle all those card types into the graveyard with enough alacrity to base a deck around it? draw/dredge/brainstorms?

One way i can think of is with Wild Mongrel.



Umm, Life from the Loam is a good way of filling your graveyard in combination with cycle lands.

Any kind of control deck that splices green, any deck that splices green. He's basically the most powerful creature being 1G for a possible 8/9 with no bad abilities.
