i noticed while playing today that in the spell descriptions for hydro jet, shock, and defibrillate, it says they all ignore 100% armor. Unless I am missing something and there is something that reduces damage besides armor, shouldn't the damage u do with the spell always be at least the minimum of the spell range? like currently, my hydro jet says it has a damage range of 353-529, but i am repeatedly getting damages of 290-320 mixed in with the damages that fall within the range.  The same thing is happening with defibrillate, the spell info shows a damage range of 431 to 719 but i constantly get damages from 370-410 mixed in with the damages in the 431-719 range.  considering i had to put points into healing to have a heal spell (that apparently is also broken if ur a mage, since fighters apparently have no problem with it, but only the int part of the spell does the healing for mages), my lightning and water are only lvl 60 while i am lvl 84. The fact that i am a higher lvl than my spells is the only thing i could think of for why the damage was showing up lower than it should if it really is ignoring 100% armor. (like i think i read somewhere about dlorak wanting the damage to decrease slightly each lvl if u didnt add to it at lvl up).  So this might be a bug or it might be intentional, but I just wanted to know the reason why my spell damages are showing up lower than the details say the minimum should be.

okay, I will look into hydro jet, shock, and defibrillate. How you describe it is definitely a bug.

yeah there is a bug with spell damages.
they are displayed and handled wrong in monster fights, but okay in boss fights. Its fixed for 5.16.

In your case hoya, the damage range will always make sense from 5.16 on. please post here if it seems broken again after the 5.16 update.
