*FIXED 5.16* heal spells underhealing.... AND screen flash on heal/potion use

the heal spells in 5.15 dont heal for what they say they should, they only heal for the int part of the healing. for example, at lvl 50 holy, my heal spell gives +11HP of healing. (550) and +10 max healing from INT. (500) and says Healing:900 . but when u cast the heal spell it only heals for 500 at a time.  a lot of people in game are also talking about how only the int part of the spell is doing the healing.

on a related note, using the heal spell outside of battle makes the skill screen flash once for every time u try to use the spell.

Yeah, so do potions. Can we make it so the pvp screen only shows up when you've got someone targetted Dlor?

yeah, because the pvp screen flashing on and off everytime u heal urself is really annoying.

the box isnt so bad! I turned it off (when you do not have a target) anyways, but caaamon!

it would be ok if u had a target or were always seeing the box, but since it only flashes on and off really quickly, its annoying. i was more concerned about the leaing one though
