Are there still Quality jewels or were they removed? I dont think anyone has found/siphoned one yet, so if they were removed, could you bring them back  Grin

To do this, we need a rock-solid exchange rate between power and stats, which definitely can exist... The devil is in the details.

+Power jewels will find their way back in, but not right away.
