After a quick peak at the new version (5.13) and def working correctly I am suggesting a change to the level requirements on drops. With armor % working everyone can fight much farther out, i can now comfortably fight in noslin at lvl 215ish, however any drops i get there i cant use for 50 lvls. I was thinking perhaps the curve could be changed or possibly have no lvl requirement on anything you find and use, however if u trade it/sell it then its back to its normal requirement. It just kind of sucks to be able to train farther out but not want to because you cant use anything you find for an insanely long time.

i mostly agree. i like the recquirments where they are, but think they should be greatly reduced or removed for the original finder of an item.

How about this: You get a say 50lvl higher weapon but the mods are reduced by a percentage based on your current lvl and its requirement say like .5% or 1% per level away

I really liked that when I read it... its hard to get 'just right' though: too little punishment and its back to pre level-requirement days. Too much and its a pointless feature... Maybe within 9 levels, -10% each time... only kinda pointless... bleh on second thought I don't like it.

I immediately liked this one too... No harm in it at all. I think we'll gauge it's usefulness after 5.14 and all the dust has settled from 5.14's new skills and 5.13b's monster fixes.
