I have tried all three of my characters but get the same message
incorrect usename/password

lol, the version history for 5.12 has "*WIPE! 5.12 is a new Quest world with brand new characters! " as the first line, so that apparently means they did a wipe for 5.12, explaining why ur password and username dont work, since everyone's characters were deleted
