This is Cecil.
Ok i noticed today that when u enter the doubles dungeon in llirrem port, all the mobs are the same lvl as the last mob u fought outside the dungeon (i fought a lvl 9 in velgrad and then went to the doubles dungeon, and all the enemies were lvl 9's). So the enemies that were supposed to be lvl 3 were labeled as lvl 9. Im not sure if this means you can fight them and kill off a lot of them quickly and get lvl 9 rares at low lvls, but if so this can be very easily exploited. If rares are based solely on the number shown in the upper right hand corner of battles, then this needs to be fixed ASAP.

There was a time that the pieces fit
But I watched them fall away
Mildewed and smouldering
Strangled by our coveting
I've done the math enough to know
The dangers of our second guessing
Doomed to crumble unless we grow
And strengthen our communication

all drops are decided on the server which is as secure as it gets! But you are right to be worried about seeing the "9" against a level 30-something monster! However, it turns out that this was just a number being displayed incorrectly and couldn't actually create those level 9 rares. In the situation in question any drops will be level 3s.

got it for the next version... thanks for the bug report...
