Update the NPC's

With all the server crashing going on I'm left no choice but to suggest trivial things to pass the time. The NPC's are terribly outdated, saying such things as "Welcome to Noslin, the hardest of the 4 lands" and other things that no longer make sense. I would generally say ignore this but it seems new folk like to click on the NPC's sometimes to learn the game that way, so a lil updating could never hurt.
