Thats pretty much the chat log... couldnt think of anything more to ask. Jouser, I tried my best to help you find the cause of this. I never heard of two items being found on one mob before...

If I'm not mistaken, the Rare . often occurs with another item. Also, I have found a regular item and a WORKING Rare in the dungeon in the same fight. Not unheard of, just uncommon.
