 g) Quest Developers have the right to sue your ass
What would cause this to happen? I really want to know, how far can a person go till they are sued??

Strangled by our coveting

I think the only fair (and funny) way is for you to do all you want, then see what they sue you for!

Probably safe to assume that
Copyright infringement (Claiming any custom works of Quest or the code or design as your own.)
Unlawful/unauthorized use of their bandwidth/hardware (Hacking, DoS, etc.)
Major breaches of ToS that result in calculable loss (Though quest is non-profit, were someone to say, disable the single-client only portion of quest and generate enough clients to bring down or at least result in significant bandwidth increase, then it's still a loss..)
are somewhere on the list.

Or..just piss em off. They can sue you for anything, really. No one said they'd only sue if they knew they could win.

Rayn...it occurs to me you've spent your entire history with quest trying to find out how far is too far. Think on that.

I was reading the rules so I dont get into trouble and came across this, I just want to know what you can be sued for, not how far I can go till im sued, I dont want to uspest any other players or get into trouble, it was a question, and Im sorry for asking it.

I think you misunderstand.

We reserve the right to change your name to Sue without warning, that's all.
