I know Hoya has had an issue with impact damage that monsters can do while players do not start out with that ability. With the current system of siphoning even the best items in the game ever found, the 10-15% of the mods at best wouldnt get you that big of a jewel, maybe 70 tops. I bring this up because a monster of my lvl does impact damage of about 685 damage to me. It would take me about 10 successful impact jewels to do 700 more damage, when im already doing  Damage: 13104 to 16016, 700 more is barely a drop in the bucket. If impact damage is here to stay, which im really hoping its not, perhaps it could turned down a bit for mobs or have a way for players to gain some meaningful impact damage.
