There was some guy who started playing again recently who COULDN'T play Quest until he GOT Windows vista... so the only constant in these issues is windows, as always V_V

I tried the link and downloaded it as well, but when I try to log in i get the same error with a bunchs of lines of code.

It shows you logging in, although kicks you shortly after.

Yah I get the same error message then it closes the window but itss still runnung in my processes and i got a message saying i couldnt recve a pm.

Try launching quest from this. Its just the installed quest folder from my computer, which is working... fixed a problem for ellie... maybe be a fix here also.

I had the same problem when i got windows vista...this worked for me. As i have said many times before I'm not responsible if it screws up your pc.

I have windows 7.
Did your instructions, lex and it didn't work?
I have to right click and run as administrator
Says chcecking status.. allows version..
Let Cecil log in, but quest never came up, and Idk if it showed him logged in.
But like an hour later he wasn't even trying to mess with quest anymore and got a message that said you've been disconnected from the server, hah.

I honestly don't know about windows 7. This fix was for Vista only. I may be loading Quest on Windows 7 soon. Sometime within the next 2 weeks or so. I will let you know then if its not too late.
