Not that a few seconds of non movement is an issue, but here's the issue with it.. Wink

When in a tourney, people complain of the "lag." I know, tournies don't happen often... but the last few that I've managed to instigate one it had a few seconds of map loading.

Now that Ctrl+Space actually works porperly, the chat box and player screen seem to be tied together too tightly. For instance, scrolling in chat doesn't always work if map loading occurs while you're doing it. The bar just stop moving unless you click onto it again.

Again, these things are minor annoyances at best and don't deserve much priority, but the main problem that I see is there isn't truly any real day/night cycles. every time we endure the map loading during whatever we're doing it's for a slight shade difference in everything. When day/night was first implemented it was a noticable difference from time to time. But now it's not really worth it considering all of the complications, as seudo-inconsequential as they may be.

So I'm suggesting that either the day and night thing be taken out, or made into more of a contrast.
