Well i just got to Velgrad *yippeeee* and here I have to really watch who I fight =/ but anyways while fighting i noticed their health would drain a tad then BAM a giant portion... well it turns out that for some reason sometimes crit is way higher than 1.5x... I hit one for 75 then crit for 715... 

Now the weird thing is its not on ALL enemies, actually on few if you consider how many i fight xD

is it possible that crits are sometimes causing you to bypass armour or %? Next time it happens calculate what you should be hitting for without %red, def and both and see if those numbers somehow corelate to what you're hitting.

ok try this:

the mobs that you do crit, post your stats and the stats of the mob. This way us more mathematically inclined people can figure it out for ya

My first hit I did 1 dmg with a regular hit.
And i keep missing and doing 1 dmg... now for my crit hit
i crit and hit for 667....
Double crit for 1328

My stats are :
DEF:1058(+80)
DEX:456(+130)
INT:340(+165)
STR:1257(+219)
Total Attack Power:2583
Total Def:44.5% reduction.  (-758)



That was one mob... now the next one...
Normal dmg
(9/L599/H2856/S1278/D45% (-1412)/X1395)

I only critted him for 717 each time.

See, its not EVERY mob, so I dunno wtf is going on?

see if you can add a few more mobs to the list, the more data points we have the easier it is to get a clear idea of whats going on
