Simple straight forward idea: for ever 100 lvls of a skill you get a 5% boost to your damage/healing as long as you are using a weapon or spell of that skill.

This can be adjusted so after the initial 5% boost every 100 skill levels thereafter would be 2.5% boost for example.  This would benefit people who focus on 1 weapon class instead of switching to whatever the strongest one they can get ahold of is.

I like this idea ..skills need more into it.
Also why not making it so the more skill you have the less mobs dodge you. 'Cause it makes sense that the more skillful you are with something the harder it is to dodge you. Maybe something like 1% less chance to dodge you for every 100skill or so.

that may work for weapons, but spell skills are already defining enough really.
