Well Im using my SP... super low hp and I unequip it and requip it and i regain hp lol

If [removing the mods] (it) doesn't kill you, [equipping the mods] (it) only makes you stronger.

Since SP has a high mod, I can understand that this would occur if removing it put you to 1HP, then equipping it gave you the mod back in addition to your 1HP.

It's free, but based on information given, that isn't an infinite heal, as it only recovers the mods.
