The fizzle message was just changed... If you fizzle due to your skill, int or both being too low, it'll say the same thing.

Getting this a bit today when using White Blast (Holy). It seems like the messages are mixed up.... when it fizzles, It tells me I don't have the MP. When I don't have the MP it fizzles.

Not too big a deal, just thought I'd let you know.
