Im level 818 with 356 dex
I always get first hits, all the time, except on mobs that seem to have over 2k str, and even then its random
but anythnig under 2k str I get the first hit on, monster wise, a few other people have said similar things also
whats up with that? is dex working correctly?

well I'm keeping dex at 73% right now, the first 300 levels i was at 72% and noticed occasionally missing when i was fighting strong vel mobs. I haven't had any misses at 73%.

it must of though, I remember on gungrave my old warrior I had dex 72% of my level at all times, and once I forgot about dex and it dropped to like 71% and i was getting hit first, 2 levels later i got it back to 72% and i was getting the first hit again, whereas now its at like what 40% of my level and im getting first hit, sometimes, sometimes not
but if thats what your saying, ok then

Dlor, it has to have changed, i have 74 dex at lvl 311 and i still get first hit most of the time. SOMETHING was changed with dex that causes it not to work as before. Lots of people are noticing a difference, reguardless of weather you think something was changed or not...

Its working fine. Its not 72% to get first hit, its 72% to get constant first hits and if you have lower than 72% you will still get first every now and then. So the closer you are to 72% the more likely you are to hit first. Does this make sense to anyone

its actually a fraction thats between 72 and 73 %, so most people just go with 73%, since that way u know ur always over the number needed

I think the difference people are noticing is they are getting more first hits with low dex now than they did pre-wipe with equal amounts of dex.
