I made JACK (The Tenacious Ones) about two minutes ago, signed into the clan and deposited 12+ mil gold for taxes. The gold disapeared and now my clan has no gold to cover the weekly tax!! >< I relogged, its not on me, in my bank, or in the clan...

I looked into this problem tonight and you're correct.  There was a bug but now it has been fixed.
