chest bank balance

just for fun i decided to move some funds so that at the current tax rate my clan has over 27 years untill it runs out of funds.  thing is my bank(chest not clan) now has a negative balance. not such a big deal, only $23 but if its possible to intentionally overdraw then that should be addressed soon before its abused.

How much gold has to be moved before this starts to happen? Is the 23 related to the sum of money you deposited?
Does it happen on the chest DEPOSIT, or chest WITHDRAWL? Does it short-change you by 23 gold when you deposit and magically return it later?

i notice it happens a lot... usually im adding at least 20 mills at a time.. but its happened with less. From what i can tell its completely random

i have also had this happen before when i kept money in my bank.

and on another note we should do something with my $0 ballance. must be a bug =)

for the record there was $23 extra when i withdrew, so while it seems massively time consuming and not worth it as fighting by Danae would give faster gold it does seem like the possibility of abuse exists. however fooling around with it  $30 was the most it gave and $15mill was the least it would do it for. also it seems that at $50 mill it is only a 5-10% chance of it happening. just figured id get a few numbers and let yall decide if it was worth hassling with.
