This appears to be a problem with your configuration file.
Possible solution:Delete the file configuration file in your quest folder, and try to start quest. It should generate a new, default config file with the correct information.
Why?The duplicate bind keys message, indicates that two or more game inputs have the same key mapped to them. These inputs are stored in the config file under [hotkeys] if you wish to check them.
The issue with the QMS being offline, could be generated by a fault in the config file under [Game Server], or by network settings.
