Topic of bug thread:
Gold used to repair, is not updated.

I noticed this the other day, but didn't get around to testing it very much to see if it was abusable. I have not yet found any way to abuse this, but it is interesting to play around with none the less.

Upon selecting to repair an item with zero durability, gold is not updated correctly until something else is done. (ex: Relogging, buying something, equipping an item, storing an item in the bank )

After opting to repair an item, I went to the chest, and attempted to deposit the non-updated gold. Upon doing this, My gold was in a negative value, and the bank had added 2x the non-existent gold to the total it believes to have.

LVL: 222
HP: 675 / 777(+95)
MP: 1350 / 1395(+250)
Weapon:Rare Paladin's Blade/970
Armor:Rare Spirit's Guard/70
Flask:Dueler's Essence / 537
Gold:-93461 [186922]
ExpTNL:263752
Won/Fights/Deaths:23230/23235/19
PKs:104
DEF:21(+56)
DEX:164
INT:5
STR:264(+0)
Total Str:1234
Total Def:95

Now, since it claimed I had negative gold on hand, I opted to wire gold. This did not work, so I thought of another way to lose gold.. I went off to battle, after a few battles, I thought of dieing. my total gold on hand was set to zero upon death.

Gold: 0 [186922]

After doing this, I returned to the bank, and attempted to withdraw the gold. It allowed me to withdraw all 186922 gold.
I promptly attempted to deposit the gold once again. It took the gold 2x, and deposited it, sending me into negatives again.

Gold:-186922 [373844]

I will attempt to test this more, on a new character and edit the post further when I do.

EDIT#1:
Upon relogging, all gold I did have left over, has vanished on the first character. All supposed gold, had set to zero. Bank, and on hand.

I could not duplicate the gold not updating on a second character on a smaller scale.
Further testing is required, I was not able to duplicate it correctly, so I must not understand how it happened yet. :p

EDIT#2:
The corpse of the death I used to level the gold to zero, contained the amount of gold I should have had left over from repairing the item, however not what I had acquired battling while in the negative values.

It is possible this is just a large display/non-updating error?

EDIT#3:
After several attempts, I managed to duplicate the gold error:
http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd173/Hostinmysignature/NegativeGold.png

I believe this to work only on an item of zero durability. I have not yet found any way that this can be abused.

EDIT#4:
An item with zero durability will not update gold after being sent in to repair. I have tested this, and believe this to be the source of this error.

EDIT#5:
I had this work on an item of higher than zero durability while not attempting duplicate this. Possibly it works on all? I had a high success rate on zero durability items.. and almost no success rate on items with durability.

EDIT#6:
This works on all items that are repaired when unequipped. I am an idiot.

How to duplicate this bug:
An item being sent off to repair an item with 0 durability while extra gold is in your inventory and the item is Not equipped.
Gold does not update following this.
Attempts to bank can cause negative gold.

How to update the gold to normal:
Bank an item (confirmed)
Relog (confirmed)
Buy something (possible, as it updates gold normally, unconfirmed)
Equip/unequip (possible, as it updates stats. unconfirmed)
