Topic of the bug post:
Health and Magic point modded maximum remains after item breaks.

The below is a run down of what I did during this, I will post a chopped up method, and summarization at the bottom of this post.

During battle, while heal training my holy skill up, my wand broke.

Now, at this point, or possibly after the battle, it should subtract the MP mod of the wand from my max MP.

It did not lower my maximum MP, and I continued the battle.

Upon leaving the battle, my MP had still not lowered itself. I attempted to then meditate my MP back, which was successful:

After successfully meditating my MP, I proceeded to enter battle once again to test if the MP actually worked, and was not just a display error. The MP appears to be real, and quite usable.

I will edit this post once I use ALL MP, and try to regenerate it once again.

Edit#1:
Upon using all MP, I tried to meditate it, it meditated as normal, to the maximum modded MP.

After doing this, I pressed the detailed stats button. The menu read out:
LVL: 217
HP: 677 / 677(+0) <-- This is not correct, this is exactly 10 too high, on par with the HP mod of the Arch Magi's wand.
MP: 3020 / 3020(+0) <-- This is not correct, this is exactly 1900 too high, on par with the MP mod of the Arch Magi's wand.
Weapon:0/0
Armor:Hauberk/57
Flask:Dueler's Essence / 209
Gold:3704 [1446040]
ExpTNL:52724
Won/Fights/Deaths:22456/22460/18
PKs:103
DEF:21(+0)
DEX:159
INT:5
STR:259(+0) <-- This strength is correct, and was not affected by the same issue that affected my Health and MP. This indicates that only HP and MP are affected by the stats not being removed.

EDIT#2:
Since I believed this to be a bug with the removal of the modded value, I unequipped my armor, which registered correctly.

Upon removal of the armor, it promptly removed the mod of the weapon that had been broken in battle:

HP: 667 / 667(+0)
MP: 3020 / 1120(+0) <-- Note that my current MP is still over the maximum of my norm.

Flask:Dueler's Essence / 209

I will now try to use the MP that is over the maximum, until zero.

EDIT#3:
The MP that is over the maximum value I can hold works correctly in battle and out. I had forgotten to screenshot it at the above value, but screen shotted after partial use:

Upon using all over-maximum MP, I attempted to meditate the MP back.
I was only able to meditate my current normal maximum.

I will edit this once again upon further testing.

Edit#4:
To further test this, I had taken an Alexanders mantle, and an Enchanted wand from another character, and had given them to Avariean.

Edit#5:
Upon breaking my Rare Enchanted Wand in battle, the glitch involving the HP and MP mod remains.

I believe to have confirmed that Weapon HP and MP mods remain when an item is forcefully dequipped by being broken.

I will now proceed to break the rare alexanders mantle I currently have equipped, to see if this affects armors as well.

Edit#6:
I have successfully broken my Rare Alexanders Mantle, however, it did NOT notify me that the item had broken.

Broken item notification only seems to happen when the item breaks as a result of chance, and not when it reaches zero durability in battle.

The HP and MP mods were both retained, however nothing else besides HP and MP was kept.

HP and MP mods are retained both when the item breaks of a random chance, and of zero durability, and both mods of weapons and armors are retained.

After testing this, instead of equipping, dequipping, or dropping an item to refresh my stats, I relogged.

Upon relogging, glitched HP and MP mods are removed.

Easier mage heal training:
1) Take an almost, yet not broken weapon or armor (or both).
2) Go into battle, and break both items.

Your HP and MP are now the same as the modded values, while not causing the equipment to lose any further durability.

To fix this:
Equip/Un-equip an item
Relog

Items not displaying the "Broken" message:
An item not broken by a random chance below 50 durability, will not display the following notification:

This should be fixed.  Someone please validate.  Working on the other issues...
