i need help with comp stuff

ok no matter what i try to download i get a pop up saying windows has found a problem with this file and i mean anything like i was trying to download a song from this site cause i couldnt find it on limewire up pops the message then just now im trying to download flashplayer 9 casue this peice of crap has 7 or somthin XD and the stupid message pops up HELP ME im going INSANE!!!!

Run a Virus/Adware scan?

If that doesn't turn up anything, I'd just say screw it and do a SysRestore.

well i did all that nothin so i think its just my windows firwall and crap turn it off JUST FOR A MIN to try nothin same stupid error so i turned it back on and a system restore................my comp has been like this for 6months+ i jsut didnt care i was getting a new one for christmas and i did i just got it taken away >=(
