RT error 13

Every time i try to star the client i get Run-time error '13': Type mismatch . I have tryed reinstalling but it still doesnt work , any help would be great thanks.

i have the exact same problem. when  i go to start quest it says "run-time error '13': type mismatch". It's really annoying and im getting mad. please help.

yeh jouser i am haven the same problem but when i looked into my config file it had only the port # and nothing else i think this is where the problem is comeing from so if that helps i mean the hotkeys and stuff aren't there when i redownloaded quest......so this might be the problem so check it out

I fixed mines!!!!

since when you check the config file it says only the port number, i just took all the stuff from my old config file and put it in therebut made sure it had the new port and server name. Look.
this is how it first was:

and the stuff in blue font is what i added:

so prity much just add the stuff in blue and it should work but for the Auto log in, I'm not sure if you need to put that in but if you copy and paste from here make sure if you also add the auto login to put in you username and password or it might not work

There is no config.ini file in the installer. Someone should put that in there...

 all this tlk about config files and all that i don even kno how to get into mine so i can check to see if things are missing and if they are add new data kanyone wanna just explain how to get to my config files?

you go to the quest folder and open the config file.

Delete it.
Start quest.
Simple enough.
