Since you guys seem to love bandaid fixes, here's one for the economy. Both the huge mass of rares, and the huge mass of gold, suddenly have a use.

Psst...down here...yeah...right here...listen closely, 'cause this is a secret...

Even low level rares.

What do I propose? Item enhancements.

To the witch!
Prices (Estimates):
Level 3 rare + 9 million gold = 30% chance of raising a mod on a super by 1.
Level 4 rare + 16 million gold = 40% chance of raising a mod on a super by 1-2.
Level 5 rare + 25 million gold = 50% chance of raising a mod on a super by 1-3.
Level 6 rare + 36 million gold = 60% chance of raising a mod on a super by 1-4.
Level 7 rare + 49 million gold = 70% chance of raising a mod on a super by 1-5.
Level 8 rare + 64 million gold = 80% chance of raising a mod on a super by 1-6.
Level 9 rare? + 81 million gold = 90% chance of raising a mod on a super by 1-7.

Upon failure, the rare and the gold are lost. The super is intact but not raised. You can pick which mod, but successive increases of the same mod result in a higher chance of failure. This goes by the value raised, so that multiple level 3 successes count as a single good level 8 success.

That is a good plan BUT ...
We already yawn at the highest monsters
if we can make supers even stronger, we NEED stronger monsters.

Eh, I've suggested new lands, other people have suggested moving lands. Either way, it didn't happen, and this won't either.

But hey it's nice to debate something besides Noslin ports.
